Day 2

Jasper exploring day

Spend a full day immersed in Jasper National Park, Canada's largest Rocky Mountain park and a designated Dark Sky Preserve. Walk the boardwalks above Maligne Canyon, a narrow limestone gorge carved deep by rushing meltwater, then feel the spray at thundering Athabasca Falls as it forces the river through a rocky chasm. Round out the day with free time to explore Jasper's relaxed townsite. Breakfast is included. Three-day departures overnight again in Jasper, while two-day travellers begin heading back south.
