East Coast Explorer
Toronto, Niagara Falls, Ottawa, and Quebec City along the St. Lawrence — Canada's historic east.
View itinerary →Your getaway begins with a scenic drive north out of Montreal into the Laurentian Mountains, Quebec's oldest and most beloved four-season playground, named for the ancient, weathered peaks that form part of the Canadian Shield. As you climb into cottage country, forests of maple and birch give way to glimpses of lakes and rolling hills. Arriving in the resort village of Mont-Tremblant, you'll have a free afternoon and evening to explore its colourful, pedestrian-only streets, lined with boutique shops, restaurants, and patios, all set beneath the mountain that gives the village its name.

Mont-Tremblant, QCYour second day starts with a morning gondola ride up Mont-Tremblant itself, an optional experience that carries you above the treeline for sweeping views over the Laurentian lakes and forests below, a landscape especially spectacular when the fall colours are in bloom. Afterward, take a peaceful lakeside walk along Lac Tremblant's shore, breathing in the mountain air before breakfast. With the morning's adventure behind you, your coach begins the return drive south to Montreal, giving you time to relax and reflect on a short but memorable escape into Quebec's mountain heartland.
