EB-5 Immigration process (I-526 and I-829)
GGG will support and facilitate the entire EB-5 immigration process, including the beginning of the I-526 petition preparation, receipt of the conditional green card, I-829 petition preparation, removal of conditions for the receipt of the permanent green card, and new immigrant landing services. GGG can refer clients to a network of pre-screened professionals that include immigration law, tax/wealth management planning, and source and path of funds reporting. Our partners have a demonstrated track record of success in supporting clients through the EB-5 process.

Project Selection
GGG selects EB-5 projects based on the both job-creation reliability and secure financial return.

Project Status Monitoring/Reporting
GGG will monitor the project progress (financial and otherwise) and obtain regular reporting from the project developer. GGG will provide investor clients with quarterly reports that present financial status, job creation progress, and green card issuance updates.

Fund Administration and US Regulatory Compliance
GGG will manage fund administration services and maintain compliance with all US government regulations (including IRS and US SEC regulations). To assure transparency and investor confidence, fund administration services will be provided under the supervision of a 3rd party fund administrator.
