Frequently Asked Questions

Why is the Sunshine Coast only reachable by ferry?

It's cut off from the rest of the BC mainland by the Coast Mountains and fjords — there's no road connection, so a ferry or float plane is the only way in, even though it's just a short crossing from Vancouver.

Is this a good option if I only have 5 days?

Yes — it's our shortest western multi-day loop and a good fit if you want a mix of coastline and mountains without committing to a longer Rockies itinerary.

Is Harrison Hot Springs pool entry included?

No, it's optional and paid on-site — we build time into the Day 4 evening for it.
